No. We prefer to be free to sell luxury watches without the fixed retail prices that authorised dealers have to charge their customers.

If the watch you order is in stock, we will ship it immediately. If it’s not in stock, we will be able to give you an estimated delivery lead-time when you place your order. Most orders are shipped within four weeks of the order date.
Yes. In the unusual event that we ship the wrong model, or if the watch is not working when you receive it, please contact us immediately for return instructions. We will re-ship to fulfil your order or reimburse you in full, including the cost of postage, if the watch is returned to us in the condition in which it was originally shipped, (i.e., unworn, and with all packaging and documentation).

No. To keep things simple, we always quote prices net of VAT. The VAT will be charged by UPS on delivery.

Prices for export to the US include all duties and taxes – it’s as simple as a local purchase. For all other export sales, the shipping company collects taxes and duties from the customer when the watch is delivered.
Yes. Our new watches are shipped in perfect condition, just as they left the factory, and have never been handled, opened or modified in any way.
Yes. We only sell watches that have the original, engraved manufacturer’s serial number.
Yes. Unless clearly described as pre-owned, all our watches are brand new. They are delivered to customers in their original packaging, with complete documentation and certificates, including the official manufacturer’s warranty stamped by an authorized dealer
Yes. Our brand new watches come with the manufacturer’s international warranty, which is dated, stamped and fully completed with the serial number of the watch by the authorised dealer.
No. You can contact us and arrange to return your watch. We will repair it or arrange for repairs through an authorised dealer, depending on the circumstances. If you prefer to take your watch to an authorised dealer for repair, the international manufacturer’s warranty will be honoured.
The warranty is valid for the time period specified by the manufacturer, and is between 24 and 60 months, depending on the brand.
Yes. Used watches come with a Time of Switzerland warranty, which is valid for 3 to 12 months, depending on the age and condition of the watch.

We cannot guarantee to keep any price fixed for any particular period of time. This benefits our customers, as we adapt our prices regularly to stay competitive. We recommend that our customers check the price immediately before placing an order. As soon as Time of Switzerland confirms the order, the price is fixed.
Our preferred method of payment is bank wire transfer. This is the quickest and most easily verified method of payment. Our partner bank is UBS in Zürich Switzerland. We can accept payments in US$, Euros and CHF
Yes. We do accept certified bank drafts, if confirmed on issue.

Yes. As many customers have reservations about transmitting credit card details over the internet, Time of Switzerland uses fax instead. Simply download the credit card payment form as a PDF file here, fill in your card and payment details and fax it back to us.
Yes. We enjoy meeting our customers in person and this allows you the option to pay us in cash.
Yes. For some destinations, however, due to especially difficult shipping logistics and customs procedures, or critical political situations, it is best to avoid shipping. In such cases we recommend customers to come to Switzerland to collect their watch. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain countries that, in our opinion, represent unacceptable commercial risks.
