| Comment | An outstanding experience with Time of Switzerland. The watch was precisely as described, VERY competitively priced and had a completed and dated warranty card dated with my date of purchase. Irina provided me with what is best described as significantly superior client service. She replied to my repeated annoying questions promptly and courteously. Nothing was too difficult. 10/10! As one of Sydney's famous department stores advertises: "Why in the WORLD would you shop anywhere else?" As long as TOS has the item I want, they'll be the exclusive supplier of watches to my collection. |

| Comment | my desired watch (Breitling) is no longer manufactured. I was happy to find the model at TOS and for a very attractive price (nowhere else in the internet seen lower than this ). Andy and Irina responded within half an hour. I ordered the watch and it was then shipped from abroad to Switzerland within 3 days! I personally picked the watch up in Basel and met Irina and Dominique personally. Original, new luxury Swiss watches at a perfect price. My luck, as the model is no longer existing. Very trustworthy company - I was buying the 2nd time in 8 years. |
